Our Air Medical Program transports over 3,000 patients annually across 2.3 million medevac miles. Operating 24/7 from advanced bases throughout the Arctic, our team of paramedics, nurses, and respiratory therapists deliver high-quality care using state-of-the-art medical equipment, making us a lifeline for northern communities. Our24/7 Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO #418-91) operates from multiple hubs across Manitoba, Nunavut, and the Northwest Territories. Staffed by licensed AMEs and apprentices, we manage complex repairs and scheduled overhauls entirely in-house, supported by more than 20 years of data-driven performance tracking through WinAir. This commitment to precision and accountability ensures dependable aircraft readiness and reinforces the trust our partners and communities have placed in Keewatin Air for decades.
